Former Air Force Secretary Hans Mark and Robert Rosen linked to Conspiracy to Assassinate Lennon

Salvador sets trap for hate page author and cyberstalker, Eric B, who reveals himself to be Robert Rosen, author of Lennon book, Nowhere Man: The Final Days of John Lennon. Additional facts strongly suggest he works for Hans Mark.

by Salvador Astucia, Sep 3, 2007

(previously updated June 18, 2006)

Response to hate page created by Robert Rosen (aka, Eric B)

Former Air Force Secretary and SDI Advocate, Hans Mark. He is presently a professor of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics at the University of Texas in Austin. Astucia has claimed for three years that in 1980, Mark worked with the late Edward Teller to sponsor the murder of ex-Beatle John Lennon. This was done to set the ground work for a trillion dollar defense build-up under the Reagan administration. Most of the trillion dollar defense built-up was in the area of exotic weapons, which used junk science as a pretext to build a huge weapons system (SDI) that few people believed would work.

Robert Rosen, author of Nowhere Man, a book that portrays Lennon in an extremely negative light. Facts indicate that Rosen uses the pseudonym, Eric B, to harass Salvador Astucia. The irony is Rosen trying to "out" Astucia for using a pseudonym while he himself uses one as well.

Robert Rosen's recent actions indicate that he conspired with former Air Force Secretary Hans Mark in a plot to assassinate of ex-Beatle John Lennon. The following is a scenario of events pieced together by Salvador Astucia:

  • Salvador Astucia is being harassed by someone with enough power to control the actions of the FBI and cover up their misconduct. Hans Mark has enough influence to manipulate the FBI, and if he helped set up John Lennon's murder (as Astucia claims), then he has motivation to silence Astucia.

  • In February 2005, the FBI made a false claim that one of their offices had received a death threat from Mr. Astucia (his real name was supposedly included in the death threat). Consequently, they sent two armed agents to Astucia's home in Maryland hoping he would react aggressively, thus providing a pretext to arrest or shoot him. But Mr. Astucia was completely cooperative and polite to the agents, thereby thwarting any efforts to violently harass him. Shortly after the incident, Astucia contacted his senator and other officials. The FBI reacted in a sheepish manner, essentially pretended nothing happened. At least one high-level official (Louis Reigel, former head of the FBI's cyber division) was forced to resign over the incident.

  • Simultaneous with Mr. Reigel's sudden an unexpected departure from J. Edgar Hoover's notorious and unAmerican agency, a hateful web page appeared where Mr. Astucia was portrayed as mentally ill, mean spirited, hated by all of humanity, and so on. The author of the web page is Eric B, but many facts indicate that Eric B is really Robert Rosen who is controlled by Hans Mark.

  • Astucia claims in 1980 Robert Rosen headed a spy ring that infiltrated Lennon's private quarters in Manhattan (the Dakota condominium complex) before he was killed. A key member of the spy ring was Fred Seaman, Lennon's personal assistant.

  • Shortly after Lennon was killed, Seaman stole Lennon's diaries/journals and gave them to Rosen, who eventually used them to write a book that portrayed Lennon in an extremely negative light. The book, Nowhere Man, became a top seller.

  • Astucia claims Rosen took orders from then-Secretary of the Air Force, Hans Mark. Mr. Mark was a close associate of ultra-rightwing scientist, the late Dr. Edward Teller. Dr. Teller was the real-life inspiration for Stanley Kubrick's movie, "Dr. Strangelove."

  • Astucia claims Lennon was killed because Mr. Mark and Dr. Teller viewed him as a threat to their upcoming exotic weapons program known as the Strategic Defense Initiative.

  • Astucia claims Rosen was recruited to head the spy ring in Lennon's apartment at the Dakota because he (Rosen) was a speech writer for Air Force Secretary Hans Mark and had demonstrated that he was a relentless and loyal Zionist. (NOTE: Rosen has publicly acknowledged that he was once a speech writer for an Air Force Secretary, but he did not provide a name. Rosen made this statement on the back cover of his book, Nowhere Man, under "About the Author." Astucia has repeatedly asked Rosen to reveal the identity of the Air Force Secretary, but Rosen has refused to answer.)

  • Astucia claims Rosen recruited Sean Strub to be a "fake witness" to Lennon's murder, thereby convincing the public that Mark David Chapman was the true assassin.

  • Someone bearing a resemblance to a younger Robert Rosen was filmed standing beside fake witness Sean Strub as Strub talked to a reporter within an hour after Lennon was murdered.

It has become apparent that the true identity of Eric B is Robert Rosen, author of a book entitled Nowhere Man: The Final Days of John Lennon. Mr. Rosen's book portrays Lennon in an extremely negative light. Mr. Rosen has always claimed that he was given Lennon's diaries/journals--which he used to write the book--by Lennon's former personal assistant, Fred Seaman, shortly after Lennon was murdered in 1980. Mr. Rosen claims that Seaman later broke into his apartment, ransacked the place and stole the materials back. I have publicly stated several times that I do not believe this story. It is my strong suspicion that Mr. Rosen and Mr. Seaman worked together in a spy ring in a plot to assassinate Lennon, and that plot was sponsored by former Air Force Secretary Hans Mark, working with his colleague, the late Dr. Edward Teller. Dr. Teller was a physicist and is credited by many as the father of the Hydrogen bomb; however, critics claim he had little to do with its development and was a poor scientist, but a master plagiarist. Dr. Teller was the real life inspiration for the main character in Stanley Kubrick's movie, "Dr. Strangelove."

Approximately a month ago I noticed that Eric B had posted some unflattering things about me on a Beatles newsgroup without me participating in a discussion. In fact, I had not posted to any Internet discussion forums for well over a month. I had long suspected that Eric B's true identity was Robert Rosen, who was apparently angry with me for posting his picture on my website and suggesting he was involved in a conspiracy to murder John Lennon. Rather than respond directly to Eric B's recent Usenet comments, I responded to his insults by starting several discussion threads about Robert Rosen's possible involvement in Lennon's murder. This was a tactic to see if I could get a reaction from Eric B, which would support my suspicion that Eric B is actually Robert Rosen. I even created the following page about Mr. Rosen's involvement in Lennon's murder:

http://www.jfkmontreal.com/john_lennon/Robert_Rosen/Rosen.htm

I didn't write a word about Eric B on the Rosen page, or in the discussion threads about Rosen, but within approximately a week, the entity known as Eric B had fully revised his hate page about me. In other words, Robert Rosen (aka, Eric B) apparently swallowed the bait, hook, line and sinker. Why would Eric B suddenly revise his hate page unless he was either Robert Rosen or working for Robert Rosen? The hate page had been online since January 2006 with virtually no changes. After a year and a half without changes, Eric B suddenly decided to make dramatic changes to the hate page only after I started several Usenet discussion threads about Robert Rosen and created a page about Mr. Rosen's involvement in Lennon's murder.

Consequently, for the remainder of this page, I shall refer to Eric B as Robert Rosen since there is little doubt as to his true identity at this point. Having stated that, I shall respond to some of Mr. Rosen's comments from his hate page:

Robert Rosen wrote: "[Salvador Astucia] is an internet character/troll that has haunted the rec.music.beatles and alt.assassination.jfk newsgroups for several years. He has written several 'books' outlining his bizarre conspiracy theories regarding the murders of JFK and John Lennon..."

It's interesting how Mr. Rosen accuses me of writing "bizarre conspiracy theories" about JFK and John Lennon, but he fails to mention how I publicly linked him (Robert Rosen) to former Air Force Secretary Hans Mark in a government conspiracy to murder Lennon. Mr. Rosen himself has openly acknowledged that he once wrote speeches for the Secretary of the Air Force, but he never revealed that individual's identity. The following text appears on the back of a paperback version of his book, Nowhere Man, under the section called "About the Author":

"Robert Rosen was born in Brooklyn and lives in New York City. Over the course of a diverse career, he has written speeches for the Secretary of the Air Force, erotica for men's magazines, and personal essays for such publications as Mother Jones and Soho Weekly News. He won a Hugo Boss poetry award in 1996. Nowhere Man is his first book."

(from the back cover of Nowhere Man, by Robert Rosen, published September 2002, paperback edition)

Hans Mark was Secretary of the Air Force when Lennon was killed and was a leading advocate of the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI, nicknamed "Star Wars" by the press) during the Reagan administration. Mark served as Secretary of the Air Force from May 18, 1979 through February 9, 1981. After leaving that position he became NASA Deputy Administrator, serving from July 10, 1981 through September 1, 1984. Mark and his father, Herman Mark, were both friends and colleagues of Edward Teller. Hans Mark's paternal grandfather, Herman Carl Mark, was Jewish, and frequently dined with prominent Jews, including Theodor Herzl, the father of Zionism. Had Lennon lived, there is little doubt he would have attempted to turn public opinion against Star Wars, just as he successfully turned public opinion against the Vietnam War in the late Sixties and early Seventies.

I have publicly and asked Mr. Rosen to reveal the identity of the Secretary of the Air Force and he has ignored the request. I sent him private emails asking the same question, and he ordered me to stop sending emails. Hence, we must draw the following conclusion:

Rosen's DEFENSE: Just because someone was once a speech writer for a Secretary of the Air Force, and just because that same person accepted stolen journals from John Lennon's estate and used said stolen property to write a book that portrayed Lennon in an extremely negative light, and just because the author made lots of money from said book, this should not raise any red flags.

Robert Rosen wrote: "[Salvador] is a rabid anti-Semite and holocaust denier. He claims the Jews planned in advance and brought about the Tsunami in the Philippines in 2004 by detonating a nuclear bomb in the ocean. Most curious is [Salvador's] theory that the purpose of the media in using the word 'Tsunami' to describe the tidal wave was to confuse people into thinking Tsunami is the name of a small country."

Mr. Rosen's brief statements cover three controversial topics: Anti-Semiticism, Holocaust Denial, and the earthquake off the coast of Sumatra (aka, Tsunami) on December 26, 2004 and the ensuing aftershocks. Consequently, I must reply to each topic separately.

Anti-Semiticism

Under the pseudonym of Eric B, Mr. Rosen has demonstrated that he is a liar when it comes to anti-Semiticism. He re-defines the term to suit his agenda. On June 14, 2004, in a Usenet discussion, the entity known as Eric B clearly rejected the notion that my website was anti-Semitic. At that time, he was apparently trying to befriend me as a means of controlling what I write. He was responding to someone who called me anti-Semitic for suggesting that former Beatle Paul McCartney might be of Jewish heritage. This is what the entity known as Eric B wrote in my defense:

"Why does claiming someone is Jewish make them anti-semetic? I looked over Salvador's website I don't see any hate or words like 'kike'. Did I miss something? Please explain. Eric B."

(from a topic entitled "McCartney's Ethnicity" on rec.music.beatles, June 16, 2004. To read Eric B's entire message, with expanded headers, click here.)

Besides defending my honor in the summer of 2004, the entity known as Eric B also claimed that he was a researcher. Again, this suggests that Eric B is really Robert Rosen who claims to be a researcher of John Lennon's personal life in the final years. In the same thread, the entity known as Eric B made the following statements: "Some of Salvador's research actually overlapped some of my own. But I came to different conclusions." (To read Eric B's entire message, click here.)

I asked Eric B repeatedly to tell me about his so-called research and describe precisely how and where his conclusions differed from mine. Eventually he got angry and broke off the discussion.

The Holocaust

It is quite obvious that Mr. Rosen (or Eric B) is not upset because he disagrees with statements I have made about an historical event that occurred before either of us was born (the Holocaust, that is). The true reason Mr. Rosen is upset is because I have linked him to John Lennon's murder. The mere fact that he refuses to respond to this charge bespeaks more than I can say or write.

Frankly, most of the public statements I have made about the Holocaust are not particularly controversial, and I would not be ashamed to make them using my real name. For example, on January 4, 2006, I made the following statements in a discussion thread entitled, "Muslim Brotherhood Denies Holocaust," a thread started by someone else. This is what I what I wrote about the Holocaust that apparently inspired to Mr. Rosen (or Eric B) to come out the closet and shift his opinion of me:

...To be in good standing with the Holocaust Police, one must believe the following five points about the Holocaust:

1. Six million Jews died at the hands of the Nazis between the 1938 and 1945.

2. The main cause of death was mass execution or genocide (as opposed to typhus and starvation).

3. Hitler had a master plan to exterminate Jews.

4. Gas chambers were the main killing tool, although the exact number of deaths from gas chambers is uncertain.

5. Hitler was not a human being. He was the Devil in human form.

Anyone who challenges or questions any of these five points will be branded a Holocaust Denier...

[Salvador Astucia, Jan. 4, 2006]

(To see full message, clear here.)

Every comment I wrote about the Holocaust is not only true, but it meets the criteria of pure speech as defined by Black's Law Dictionary. Pure speech is a legal category of free speech that is most protected by the US Constitution. Black's Law Dictionary defines pure speech as "words or conduct limited in form to what is necessary to convey the idea."

The stated words from Jan. 4, 2006 are "limited in form to what is necessary to convey the idea." The idea being conveyed is merely defining what people mean when they use the word Holocaust within the context of Nazi Germany. To even consider this controversial is absurd. To suggest it is hate speech is insane. There was nothing hateful about my comments. No Jewish person could possibly be harmed as a result of anything I wrote. Only the most paranoid among us would be afraid or intimidated by my words. My overall effort to get others to define the Holocaust, within the context of Nazi Germany, created quite an uproar. As previously stated, I did not start the discussion thread. I merely joined in. Besides encouraging people to define the Holocaust, I also asked people to clearly state what it means to be a Holocaust denier. This line of discussion is completely protected by the Constitution and will harm no one in any manner, so it is ridiculous to consider it hate speech. Yet people began cloning my screen name and writing all sorts of hateful things. Then Robert Rosen/Eric B created the hate page which claims I am a Holocaust denier, although he and his friends were afraid to define the Holocaust when asked in a civil discussion. Apparently the only thing worse than denying the Holocaust is defining it.

Regarding paranoia, Robert Rosen and Hans Mark are justifiably paranoid, but not because of the Holocaust or anything related to their people (Jewish people, that is). They are justifiably paranoid because the world is slowly beginning to realize that they were key players in the conspiracy to murder John Lennon.

Earthquake off the Coast of Sumatra (aka, Tsunami)

Robert Rosen was quite upset over an article I wrote entitled Critical Thought on Tsunami. Yes, I was critical of the American news media for not reporting the facts accurately about a huge earthquake in Asia on December 26, 2004. Having stated that, it is an outright LIE that I claimed "the Jews" were responsible for the tragic event. I never cast blame on an entire group of people, although I did speculate that the government of Israel may have been involved in something more sinister than an earthquake, and I explained my reasoning in the article. Criticizing Israel for a specific horrific event is different from blaming that event on all Jews on the planet, as the Robert Rosens of the world would have us believe. Israel has used terror since its inception, and that is a fact. A recent example of Israel's use of terror was the brutal attack of Lebanon in the summer of 2006. I wrote an article on it entitled Bush denies Lebanese Holocaust.

So yes, I believe Israel is a brutal violent racist nation. Many Jews agree with me on that point. Mr. Rosen's claim that I blamed the so-call tsunami on all Jews is similar to his use of the term Holocaust Denier if someone merely questions a few specific events about that tragic period.

Regarding the earthquake off the coast of Sumatra on the day after Christmas in 2004, yes, I thought the media overused the word "tsunami" and excluded basic facts about the tragic event. For example, few people then and now realize that the initial earthquake that caused the ensuing tsunamis occurred off the coast of Sumatra. Few people realize that according to the United States Geological Survey, there were approximately one-hundred (100) aftershocks in the Andaman Sea, ranging in magnitudes of 4.0 to 7.9 on the Richter Scale, from December 26, 2004 through January 2, 2005. The Andaman Sea is a body of water that provides entry to the opium-rich Golden Triangle, a mountain range that stretches across Burma, Thailand and Laos. The Golden Triangle has historically been a major source of opium used by international drug cartels for heroin production. Is this significant? Who knows, but it's interesting that such horrific events tend to center around areas that provide opium to worldwide heroin cartels. My research shows that leaders of such cartels are sometimes used as mercenaries to carry out political assassinations and other dirty business for large nations like the United States, France, and others. In exchange, large opium crops are turned over to these drug cartels in exchange for their unpleasant deeds. Sadly, this is how the world works. What I have just described is a quick version of the history of Vietnam.

Setting aside the issues of Jews and Israel for a moment, a major point of the tsunami article was the catastrophic event that occurred off the coast of Sumatra on Dec. 26, 2004 was likely launched by human beings, not by Mother Nature. Few people realize that underground nuclear tests often cause earthquakes. This is established scientific fact. In fact, my tsunami article dovetailed Arab assertions that the United States had conducted nuclear tests off the coast of Sumatra which, in turn, set off the earthquake on Dec. 26, 2004 and the ensuing tsunamis.

Many people believe the Arab charge that the "tsunami" was caused by nuclear testing is ridiculous, but history indicates otherwise. Most people apparently believe that a nuclear explosion cannot set off an earthquake. This is absolutely incorrect. It has been documented that nuclear explosions have set off earthquakes in the past. This fact was revealed in a 1992 book, Teller's War: The Top-Secret Story Behind the Star Wars Deception, by William J. Broad, a man with impeccable credentials. Besides authoring several books, Mr. Broad writes about science for The New York Times and has twice shared the Pulitzer Prize with colleagues there. According to Mr. Broad, the United States government conducted an underground nuclear test in Alaska, on November 6, 1971, which set off 22 minor earthquakes. The location of the test was "some 1,400 miles west-southwest of Anchorage in the Aleutian Islands" on the "uninhabited Island of Amchitka," according to Mr. Broad. (Ref. Teller's War, page 54) The nuclear test was conducted under the direction of physicist Edward Teller and his team of scientists at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory located near Berkley, California.  The following excerpts from Teller's War, by William Broader, describe how 22 earthquakes were set off by one underground nuclear test in Alaska:

After several false starts, John F. Kennedy and Nikita Khruschev in 1963 signed a compromise agreement to ban nuclear testing in space, the atmosphere and the oceans--everywhere but underground. It was a blow to the antimissile proponents. Rumpled and shaggy-haired, his browed furrowed and his voice full of emotion, [Dr. Edward] Teller denounced the treaty before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The West needed atmospheric tests, he said, to perfect antimissile arms. ...On September 24 [1963], the Senate ratified the treaty. Teller was despondent.  ... [pp. 51-52]

Sure he was right, Teller took his antimissile efforts underground beneath the Nevada desert, exploding new warheads that he hoped would be more adept at knocking out Soviet missiles. ...The Defense Department had long pursued a low level of antimissile research. But now, in the late 1960s, it redoubled its efforts, hoping to build a nationwide system to protect people and cities. In March 1968, amid the palm trees and balmy breezes of the South Pacific, at the Kwajalein testing range, a prototype interceptor known as the Spartan thundered unarmed off the launching pad for the first time. In theory, it could hit enemy warheads high above the atmosphere before they wreaked destruction on earth. Also in 1968, Livermore got the go-ahead to develop a big new warhead for the interceptor. ... [p 52]

By the late 1960s, the nation, deeply divided over the Vietnam War, was also at odds over the idea of building a system of ground-based interceptors that would cost billions and involve scores of sites around the country meant to protect cities and people. To liberals it seemed militarism gone mad. The Nixon administration, which took office in early 1969, pressed ahead with an antimissile system called Safeguard. It was to rely on the Spartan missile to loft Teller's giant warheads high above the earth. However, scores of respected scientific experts said Safeguard would be costly and ineffective, arguing that it should be scrapped. As debate heated, so did Teller. ...[p 53]

In the wilds of Alaska, some 1,400 miles west-southwest of Anchorage in the Aleutian Islands, preparations picked up for the explosive test of Teller's blockbuster. It posed dangers there, too, despite the absence of civilization. The uninhabited island of Amchitka was in a seismologically unstable area prone to earthquakes. Experts feared the full blast could trigger tremors down the west coast of North America. So a scaled-down test was planned, less than a quarter of the ultimate size, to see how the area would hold up. On October 2, 1969, the warhead exploded under the tundra with a force of 1.2 megatons, the shock wave shaking the control center 40 miles away. The test, code-named Milrow, produced no damaging earthquakes or tidal waves. Even so, public opposition to further tests soared, the main explosion being repeatedly delayed as attempts to block it were made in Congress and the courts. In July 1971, an editorial in The New York Times denounced the impending test as "potentially an ecological catastrophe" because of the risk of earthquakes and the radioactive contamination of Alaskan fisheries.

Meanwhile, more than 700 engineers and scientists from Livermore gathered on Amchitka. They dug a mile-deep shaft, placed the bomb at the bottom, and filled the hole with tons of dirt and gravel. On the morning before D-Day, gale-force winds drove rain horizontally. Pieces of sheet metal and two-by-fours flew across the tundra. The power failed. The phones failed. The next day, the White House hotline on Amchitka rang at 6:30 A.M. The U.S. Supreme Court had just ruled, four to three, that the $190 million test, code-named Cannikin, could proceed. At 11:00 A.M. on November 6, 1971, the bomb flared beneath the tundra. The blast had a force of 5 megatons, some 330 times bigger than the Hiroshima bomb. It was the most powerful underground explosion in American history. The shock wave set off 22 minor earthquakes, but no major problems were reported. Above the blast site, a crater formed in the tundra that eventually filled with water, creating a lake a mile and a half wide. [p 54]

(Excerpts from Teller's War, by William Broad)

(NOTE: William Broad's book, Teller's War, also contains compelling information about the Strategic Defense Initiative, SDI, which establishes a motive for Edward Teller and the antimissile proponents to want to assassinate John Lennon. See article for more information.)

Most Americans are unaware that nuclear explosions have caused real earthquakes in the past. Consequently, to accuse the United States or Israel of causing the catastrophic event known as "tsunami" seems unbelievable to most Americans. But in reality the United States has the capability of creating earthquakes through detonation of nuclear bombs, and has done so in the past. It should be noted, in the 1971 Alaskan nuclear test, that the test was conducted a mile below the earth's surface and scientists were under heavy political pressure not to set off earthquakes. Even under such conditions, the nuclear explosion set off 22 minor earthquakes. One can only imagine the level of destruction that could be created if scientists made it their objective to set off a large earthquake. My tsunami article (Critical Thought on Tsunami) merely expanded on that capability.

Robert Rosen wrote: "Critics of his theories are often labeled CIA or FBI agents and subject to harassment and scurrilous accusations. He routinely sets up web pages to libel his critics and will include personal information and photographs without regard for their privacy. [Salvador] often plays both sides of the fence, both as the persecutor and victim. He will also on occasion inexplicably accuse someone who is critical of him of making 'death threats' against him."

I sometimes suggest that wild, rude critics on Internet discussion forums might work for the FBI in some capacity. The United States government spends untold billions of dollars on its propaganda machinery. Only a fool would challenge that statement. The FBI has a cyber division that deals exclusively with the Internet. No one knows precisely what this group does, but the present and previous FBI directors have acknowledged that the bureau monitors the Internet in some capacity, although they presently use anti-terrorism as a pretext. It is naive to think that the FBI does not monitor political discussion groups on the Internet. As for the CIA, I tend to think they get blamed for a lot of nonsense that the FBI does.

Regarding playing prosecutor and victim, what is wrong with a private citizen writing about a crime? Such a writing endeavor would obviously involve a degree of investigation, which Mr. Rosen refers to as "prosecution." When people play dirty tricks on me by creating hate pages, as Mr. Rosen has done, most reasonable people would call that being victimized. In this case I am being harassed by a cyberstalker who protects his own murderous tendencies by claiming the person who exposed his criminal offenses is a Holocaust denier and an unreasonable critic of the FBI and CIA. It is true that from time to time I have questioned the accuracy of the Jewish death toll (six million) during the period known as the Holocaust; and yes, I am a critic of the FBI and CIA. I'm also a critic of Israel. So what?

Robert Rosen wrote: "[Salvador] has on many occasions demonstrated a predilection towards homophobia and an obsession with J. Edgar Hoover's alleged transvestite activities. It seems he believes that slandering J. Edgar Hoover infuriates all the 'FBI infiltrators' in RMB..."

Actually, it does infuriate many of them. I often say rude things about the late FBI director as a means of getting suspected FBI loyalists to blow their covers. All one have to do is say, "J. Edgar Hoover was a ..." then pick a word that's most unflattering. These idiots typically respond by saying something like: "I'm not an FBI informant and don't you dare say another word about our beloved departed director." Usually they aren't quite that direct, but they often communicate messages very similar to that one.

Mr. Rosen criticizes me for belittling the late J. Edgar Hoover, which is a backhanded admission that he admires the FBI as an institution. Mr. Rosen claims I am homophobic because I allegedly made comments about Mr. Hoover’s homosexuality and his so-called penchant for wearing woman’s clothing to fulfill demented sexual obsessions. There is no doubt that Mr. Hoover was homosexual, but he also persecuted other homosexuals who did not agree with his ultra right-wing agenda. I do not particularly care about Mr. Hoover's obvious compulsion to engage in sodomy with other men, or his desire to wear black stockings and women's panties, but it was extremely hypocritical that he persecuted other homosexuals for political reasons when he himself was the queen of queens. It seems to me that if someone attempts to thwart discussions about Mr. Hoover's homosexuality and his persecution of other gays, as Mr. Rosen has done, then that person is the true homophobe. What's wrong with discussing Hoover's sexuality? He certainly had no problem obsessing over the sex lives of other prominent Americans.

Robert Rosen wrote: "When you are [Salvador] you have to get publicity for your 'books' somehow. [Salvador] does it by joining various internet venues (using an assumed name) and asking if anyone has ever read this great book (his own). [Salvador]'s propensity for creating sock puppets to converse and agree with himself is well documented. He has also encouraged others to create them in order to both support him and denounce his critics."

Mr. Rosen's accusation that I use "sock puppets" is a lie. He and his ilk use this tactic, not me. Mr. Rosen presented a long list of names that he claims are me. A few are me, but I always made my identity clear. Yes, I use different email addresses, but I sign them Salvador Astucia. That is not a sock puppet. Years ago I used a few fictitious characters on Internet discussion groups, and Mr. Rosen didn't mention them. There were only two or three, but I have not used them in several years. On the other hand, Mr. Rosen and his ilk use fake personas incessantly. I admit that the name Salvador Astucia is a pseudonym, and I have used more than one email address for that pseudonym, but that is different from what Mr. Rosen claims.

Regarding my use of Internet discussion forums to promote my book, yes, that is true. What's wrong with that? Admittedly, the books are controversial, and consequently, I have never seriously attempted to get a major publishing company to publish them. Instead, I put the full books online for anyone to read free of charge. For people who want a printed copies, I sell the same information in bound book form. Again, what is Mr. Rosen's problem? Writing a book and selling it on your own is as American as apple pie. I never used information stolen from someone's estate to write either book, the way Mr. Rosen used John Lennon's stolen journals as the basis of his book, Nowhere Man. The difference between Mr. Rosen and myself is Mr. Rosen is a common criminal. I am not. Another difference is Mr. Rosen appears to get some sort of sadistic pleasure from tearing good people down. A prime example is his filthy book, Nowhere Man.

Mr. Rosen wrote lots of personal things about me in an attempt to reveal my true identity, and I will not respond to them. He even put a link to what he believes is my home address. I would caution any Jewish person filled with rage over the things Mr. Rosen has written not to take any action because of him. It is quite obvious that Mr. Rosen is using anti-Semitism as a smokescreen to conceal his involvement in the murder of John Lennon.

Robert Rosen wrote: "The common thread that connects his theories is that they all ultimately point to his beliefs in the 'Protocols of Zion' and his own anti-Semitic views."

Yes, I have written and commented about the Protocols of Zion. I'm not sure what Mr. Rosen means by "beliefs," but it is correct that I have commented about the Protocols in my first book, Opium Lords. Aren't we allowed to speak and write openly in the United States on all topics? Isn't that what free speech is all about? Apparently Mr. Rosen doesn't think so. Many people claim the Protocols were a forgery, and perhaps they were. But forgery or not, the Protocols direct Jews to "control the press." Only a fool would claim that this directive is not a reality in the United States and most western nations.

Robert Rosen wrote: "Is this a hate page? No, not at all. Although I find [Salvador]'s anti-Semitism reprehensible, I bear no personal hate towards the man. But I believe it is important that the [Salvadors] of this world be exposed for who they are, and held accountable."

I like how Mr. Rosen refers to me as "the Salvadors of this world." Such comments remind of the words of a racist judge who once said of a black defendant: "Let's give this nigger a fair trial so we can hang him quickly." Calling Mr. Rosen a hate monger is putting it mildly. He is a cyberstalker protected by the United States government because he once worked for a Secretary of the Air Force, Hans Mark, and they were both deeply involved in a conspiracy to murder John Lennon.

In closing, I would like to remind readers that former Air Force Secretary and SDI advocate, Hans Mark, is presently a professor of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics at the University of Texas in Austin. I encourage people to contact him and his colleagues at the university and ask what the former SDI advocate thought of the late John Lennon.

Additional evidence indicating Robert Rosen IS Eric B.

Eric B's email address on the stated hate page and in most Usenet postings is as follows:

smartypants@nyc.rr.com

Robert Rosen's blog/website has an email address which can be viewed from his homepage

( http://robertrosen.blogspot.com ) and clicking "About Me" > "View My Complete Profile" > "Contact - Email". The following email appears:

rrosen2727@nyc.rr.com

So Robert Rosen and Eric B are using the same ISP, Road Runner, and they both live in or near New York City (NOTE: The tag for the ISP is "@nyc.rr.com" for both Rosen and Eric. This means they both use Road Runner in New York City.) This is not absolute proof, but it is another indicator. Again, Eric B got very angry with me after I posted messages last month that implicated Robert Rosen in John Lennon's murder. Eric got so angry that he did a major upgrade to his hate page. Why would he do that unless he was either Robert Rosen or worked for Mr. Rosen? Now we see that Eric B and Robert Rosen are using the same ISP and living in the same city, New York (nyc.rr).

SIMILAR STATEMENTS:

Eric B wrote on his hate page:

"[Salvador] is a rabid anti-Semite and holocaust denier."

Robert Rosen wrote in his blog in response to Salvador Astucia:

"However, since you are a known anti-Semite and Holocaust denier, I cannot allow you to use this blog to promote your views."

Gibson Vendettuoli wrote (on Feb. 1, 2005) on the Education Forum:

"I'm not saying unpopular views should be grounds for banning people, but this won't become a playground for Holocaust revisionists either. Keep that off the forum, please."

Gibson Vendettuoli is an Internet entity who claims to be a teenage boy from Rhode Island. In 2005, Gibson publicly confessed to forging my true identity to a death threat email and sending it to an FBI field office in an attempt to get agents to storm my home, which they did. Now we can see that even Gibson Vendettuoli has a writing style similar to Robert Rosen's. Somehow young Gibson escaped prosecution for sending a death threat to an FBI office. It was obvious to me that the so-called teenager was being protected an extremely powerful individual affiliated with the FBI and Justice Department. If Gibson Vendettuoli was actually Robert Rosen who works for former Air Force Secretary Hans Mark, that would certainly explain why Gibson Vendettuoli escaped prosecution.

On Jan. 26 2005, Gibson Vendettuoli made the following remarks to me on the Education Forum (a discussion forum):

"Mr. Astucia, you've stated elsewhere that this is a pseudonym. I like the work you've done, but you must use your real name here. Others have shed their pseudonyms here...and you've apparently done it at others' request...so please do it her also. I understand (we all do) if you don't want to come under fire from others, but chances are no one will look here. We've all been perfectly honest with each other and you should be, too."

Mr. Vendettuoli continued making annoying comments on the Education forum.

On Feb. 4, 2005, I received a long threatening private email from Mr. Vendettuoli. The email contained the following demand:

"Cease talking about any parts of the JFK theory that involve Zionism."

"Keep it up," I replied. The Forum's actions, I advised, "are generating more traffic to my website which result in more book sales. I'm crying myself to the bank."

This was apparently the last straw for Mr. Vendettuoli (or perhaps Mr. Rosen). Two days later, on Feb. 6, 2005, he reportedly forged my name on a death threat email and sent it an FBI office.

On Feb. 9, 2005, two FBI agents came to my house and questioned me extensively about the email.

You will notice the similar writing styles among Gibson Vendettuoli, Eric B, and Robert Rosen. Their worldviews are identical.
